Éire Óg’s Kilometers for Siobhan

In November 2018 Éire Óg will Run/Walk, Cycle & Swim 3000 Kilometers to raise money for Siobhan. You can donate to support our cause here – donation page.

Siobhan, Cousin to Caoimhe who captains the Éire Óg ladies team, has been battling cancer and fundraising for critical treatment, not available on the NHS. You can read her story here.

Many of us at Éire Óg met Siobhan back in March this year, when she supported the club by being a judge at our ‘Dancing with the Éire Óg Stars’ night. Along with the rest of the GAA community, Éire Óg would like to support Siobhan face her toughest opponent in anyway they can. All money raised will be transferred to the ‘Siobhan’s Toughest Opponent’ fundraising campaign.

Club players and committee members have pledged Kilometers which each represent a personal challenge to meet the combined total of 3000 km through-out the month of November. Many members are taking up new sports/activities in order to achieve these km.

You can see our progress towards the challenging 3000 km target below.
